The Dash Control
is not working.
Call a Q’Straint® authorized dealer.
All LED Lights are off on the Dash
Control.
Vehicle needs to be turned ON in order for LED lights to work.
The Release Button on the Dash
Control Panel and the Auxiliary
Release Switch are not working.
The vehicle needs to be turned OFF in order for the Release Button
and Auxiliary Release Switch to work. It’s a safety feature.
The Red Light on the Dash Control
won’t turn off.
The wheelchair is not secured in the Docking System therefore
the Locking Pawl is still open.
Why is the Red Light on the Dash
Control Panel solid?
Because the Mute Button has been pressed and the steady audio beep
cannot be heard. This means that the wheelchair is not secured inside
the Docking System.
The Green Light on the Dash
Control Panel will not turn on.
The wheelchair is not secured in the Docking System therefore
the Locking Pawl is still open.
How do I turn off the
steady audio beep?
Press the Mute Button, the steady audio beep stops and the
solid Red Light illuminates.
How do I turn on the
steady audio beep?
The only way to turn on the steady audio beep after it’s been
turned off is to reset the Docking System; by turning off the
vehicle and turning it back on.
How do I manually release the
wheelchair from the
Docking System?
Push the Manual Release Lever, the Locking Pawl opens and releases
the wheelchair from the Docking System.
The Docking Bolt will not engage
into the Docking System.
The Locking Pawl is locked, with the vehicle turned off, press the
Release Button on the Dash Control or press the Auxiliary Release
Switch.
