It is critically important to keep your trolley in its closed position when it is stored for

traveling. Customers have a general duty of care to take care of their trolley hence

forth damaging it due neglecting their trolley.

Knuckle cannot be left open at any

time especially during transport – It

is opened and positioned then it has

to be locked.

Knuckle must always be kept closed

and meshing so it won’t cause

irreversible damages

Note: Please avoid leaving any loose joint as it will cause damage to the trolley. If the

knuckles hasn’t been closed in the scenario of the damage happening, it will not be

covered by warranty due acts of neglecting to look after the QOD trolley.
