Make sure your other hardware and software meet the
minimum recommended requirements (see page 3).

Unpack the system and check shipment contents (see
page 3).

Find a good location to set up the system (see page 4).

Install the PCU (see page 5).

Install the toner cartridge (see page 7).
„
Install the media trays (see page 8).
„
Install the fax modem in your computer (see page 9).
„
Connect the 2001 to your computer, a phone line, and a
power source (see page 12).

Install the QMS Manager software (see page 13).

Register and test the system (see page 17).
