smDynamicPlt
Set/display dynamic packet lifetime values.

NOTES:
Setting values to numbers greater than 19 give an effectively-infinite packet
lifetime. The subnet manager must be running to display dynamic packet lifetime
values.
smDynamicPlt [index] [plt]
index
The index of the entry in the table to be changed. Range is 1-9..
plt
The packet lifetime value. The range is 0-63.
