07 Use QHY600 with ASCOM
QHY600 works on many software that supports the ASCOM platform. Currently QHY600 only supports
regular ASCOM connection, but does not support ASCOM VIDEO connection. It should be noted that the
QHY600 will always transmit the largest bit depth to get the best DSO imaging performance. The format of
the image is 16bit, the high bit is aligned, and the low bit is zero.
MAXIMDL
1. First you have to make sure that both ASCOM Platform and ASCOM driver have been installed. If not,
please install it first.
2. Start MAXIMDL
3. Follow the instructions shown below to finish the setup
