Belt Tracking
>
For best results, make adjustments to only one side.

Belt Tracking at Drive End

Loosen all four driver as-
sembly screws ½ turn.

With conveyor running, turn
tracking screw toward drive
pulley on side where belt is riding
too close.

Allow several full revolu-
tions to determine if belt is
tracked properly. (Repeat Step 2
if necessary)

Tighten all four driver as-
sembly screws once track-
ing adjustment is complete.
The Drive End is tracked when the belt can make a full revolution without contacting either bearing plate.

Belt Tracking at Tail End

Loosen button head socket
screw with 5/32” wrench.

Rotate eccentric bearing
clockwise to track belt
toward eccentric bushing and
counter-clockwise to track belt
away from eccentric bushing.

Allow several full revolu-
tions to determine if belt is
tracked properly. (Repeat Step 2
if necessary)
4
Tighten button head socket
screw to secure eccentric
bushing.
Tail End is tracked when belt can make a full revolution without contacting either side of frame.
