A statutory guarantee applies for this product.
Claims must be submitted immediately after their determination.
The right to guarantee claims expires upon any intervention of the purchaser or third parties. Damages
caused by wrong treatment or operation, by false placement or storage, improper connection or
installation, as well as force or other external influences are not covered by this guarantee. We
recommend careful reading of the operating instructions as it contains important information.
The purchaser must prove the right to guarantee claims by presentation of the purchase receipt.
NOTE:
1. If the appliance is not working, please check it is plugged in and that the appliance is being used
correctly.
2. If returning a faulty item, please enclose the following documents:
- Purchase receipt
- Serial number starting with “G”, this can be found on a sticker on the base of the product
- A detailed description of the fault

STORAGE
1. Unplug the appliance and allow to cool completely before storage.
2. Wind the power cord (3) around the cord storage device underneath the appliance.
3. Store the appliance in a cool and dry place, preferably in its original packaging.

IMPORTANT:
The wires in the main leads are coloured in accordance with the following:

Green/yellow wire to Earth terminal (marked E or)
Blue wire to Neutral terminal (marked N)
Brown wire to Live terminal (marked L)
As the colours of the wires in the leads of this appliance may not correspond with the coloured markings
identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows.
The blue wire must be connected to the black terminal “N”.
The brown wire must be connected to the red terminal “L”.
WARNING:
Never connect live or neutral wires to the earth terminal of the plug. Only fit an approved
5 Amp BS 1 363/A plug and the correct rated fuse.
NOTE:
If a moulded plug is fitted and has to be removed, take great care in disposing of the plug and
severed cord. It must be destroyed to prevent engaging into a socket.
