Cold weather can make the clear vinyl mate-
rial on the curtains stiff and difficult to stretch
to the snaps. This can be particularly difficult
with new canvas that has been stored off the
boat. Lay the curtains in the sun for 30 min-
utes during the heat of the day to make
installation easier in cold weather.
Sun Roof
The hardtop is equipped with a sunroof. To
operate rotate the locking handle and move
the sun roof to the desired position. Ensure
the the locking pins are fully engaged into
one of the holes in the track. Do not attempt
to operate the sunroof while the vessel is
underway. The sunroof is not designed to be
weight bearing. Do not stand, sit or store
items on top of it. Do not allow persons to sit
on the open sunroof at any time.
7.3 Hull
Hull Windows
Tempered glass windows are bonded into
the hull side. Care should be exercised
when docking and tying off. Concentrated
loads applied to the windows could cause
breakage. Inspect the dock structure to
insure that there are not any protuberances
that could contact the windows. Position
fenders vertically across the windows to
spread out the load. Do not position fenders
horizontally across the windows.
7.4 Tower (Dealer Installed)
Your boat could be equipped with a dealer
installed aluminum tower. Towers are nor-
mally equipped with full engine controls,
compass, engine alarms, restart buttons and
tachometers. This allows for complete oper-
ation of the boat from the tower.

NOTICE
To prevent gelcoat, gunwales or deck
damage, supporting extension to the
stringers may be required. Damage
resulting from installation of a tower is
not covered by the Pursuit Limited
Warranty. Also, equipping a boat with
a tower may require lower pitched
propellers to compensate for the wind
resistance and weight of the tower.
