PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE SUGGESTIONS
The device does not
produce the correct
pressure. The ramp is activated.
-Check that the ramp indicator is dis-
played. Press the ramp button to cancel the
function.
-Call your Technical Support
The air output of the
device is too hot. The air input filters may be
dirty.
The air input is obstructed.
The room temperature is
too high.
-Clean or replace the filters accordingly.
Move away any bed linen or clothing from
the GK425/425ST.
-Turn the room thermostat down. Make
sure that the GK425/425ST is not near any
source of heat.
-Remove the tube from under the covers.
-Call your Technical Support
The GK425/GK425ST
does not switch on (no
display). Check that the external
power supply module is cor-
rectly connected.
No mains supply.
-Check the connection of the external
power supply module to the mains plug.
-Use another appliance (e.g.: lamp, radio,
etc) to check that there is an AC current
supply at the plug.
-Call your Technical Support
The device does not
work correctly and ap-
pears to be suffering
interference Excessive electromagnetic
disturbance -Keep device away from all sources of dis-
turbance, such as mobile phones, halogen
lights...
-Call your Technical Support
Er=0XX is displayed
(xx =error code). The device has detected an
operating fault. -Refer to the “Error Messages” section on
page III-26.
