CardioChek Analyzer Limited One-Year Warranty

PTS Diagnostics warrants to the original purchaser only, that the CardioChek 
analyzer shall be free of any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one 
year from the date of original purchase. Activation of this warranty shall be conditioned 
upon completion and return of the warranty registration card to PTS Diagnostics. 
If the analyzer becomes inoperative during this time, PTS Diagnostics will replace 
the analyzer with equivalent analyzer, at its option, at no cost to the purchaser. The 
warranty becomes void if the analyzer is modified, improperly installed or operation not 
in accordance with the user guide, damaged by accident, or neglect, or if any parts are 
improperly installed or replaced by the user.

Note: Removing or loosening screws from the back of the analyzer voids all 
warranties. There are no user serviceable parts inside the case.
