Tighten fasteners to snug tight.
Replace any missing fasteners.
Bent or damaged
Pull Handle must be straight, true
and undamaged.
Repair or Replace component
immediately.

Gate Assembly
Welds
Welds intact without visible cracks
or crazing.
Repair or Replace component
immediately.
Ensure Gate Assembly is not
bent, broken, kinked, or dented.
Gate must be straight, true, and
undamaged.
Replace or repair gate to original
dimensions and configurations.
Gate is not rusting/corroded.
Minor surface rust/corrosion. No
scaling or pitting of material.
Clean and touch up minor surface
rust. If rust scale or pitting is
present, replace gate.

Structural Attachment
All fasteners (Structural
Attachment)
Fasteners must be present and be
snug tight; connections pulled into

Fits Roller Pin snugly and rolls

Replace Roller Pin
Cotter Pin
Cotter Pin in place. Prongs spread
in opposite directions 90 degrees.
Replace or Re-spread Cotter Pin.
