Troubleshooting
Some issues that arise may be solved by the user. If the problem persists after having tried
the following solutions, please contact Prozis customer service.
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The massage heads slide out and fall off.
Check if the massage head is installed properly.
The device cannot be switched on.
Check the battery level. Check if the outlet’s voltage
is suitable before charging. If you have not used the
device for a long period of time, charge it for more
than 8 hours.
The device cannot be charged.
Check if the charging connector is plugged in.
The device stops working after 10 minutes.
The device is equipped with an intelligent
protection chip, with a long-term operation
protection function. Once the device enters standby
mode, which is normal, you can restart it simply by
pressing the On/Off button.
If the front end of the massage head is blocked, the
device will temporarily stop working.
This is related to the Abnormal Operation
Protection function. Once the device enters
standby mode, you can restart it by simply pressing
the on/off button.

ered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis’ warranty for final consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-profession-
al purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for a
2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective deliv-
ery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
