Second step: Adjustment of the cut indicator

Preconditions:
a) Basic adjustment for bevel cut is carried out.
b) Line of the cut is roughed on the cut piece.

- Fix the guide reglet ( picture 8, pos. 1 ) in a par-
allel way at a distance apx. 25 cm from the li-
ne.
- Put the guide ruler ( picture 8, pos. 2 ) on the
guide reglet and apply the machine to the cut
piece. Release on the table all the fastening
screws (
picture 2, pos. 4 ) of the guide ruler
and move the machine to the side so that the
line of the cut indicator coincides with the rou-
ghed line of the cut.
- After previous proper adjustment of the ma-
chine (
see page 21, Angle adjustment of the
bevel cut ) the cut edge is lined up with the rou-
ghed line of the cut.
