• Apply the seal (E) to the bottom part of
the elbow (D);
• Carefully insert the O-rings (J) into the
upper and lower parts inside the elbow;
• Attach the elbow to the boiler – be careful
to con nect the inside part to the boiler’s
outlet properly;
• Put the rubber sealing ring (G) on the air
duct (A);
• Push the completed duct section through
the wall opening so that the (G) ring is
aligned with the outside surface of the
wall;
• Place the collar and clip onto the duct and
elbow; check proper sealing of both inside
and outside sections of the duct;
Note: The maximum horizontal length is 1
elbow plus 3 m (4 equivalent metres) – if
the horizontal route’s equivalent length is
more than 2 m, the diffuser (R) must be
removed from the fan (see Fig. 15 ).
• Secure the elbow’s flange using the
bolts;
Note: If you have to shorten the straight
part, always cut the same length from
both the outside and inside elements.
Always cut at the end opposite to the
external vent.
