Developer temperature
The developer temperature of the different film-materials depends on the developing time. The faster a
film has to be developed, the higher the temperature must be. The developer temperature can be set
between 28-40 °C according to the individual requirements (Setting the developer temperature: see
“Setting the working parameters:”5.2.5.2). If the temperature is lower or higher than the set value, then
the bath temperature button (5) is flashing and the display shows two bars “– –”. Before feeding
a film into the machine, wait until the temperature has been reached and the displayed bars “– –”
disappear.
The following chart demonstrates guide value relations between developer temperatures and
processing times. Variations are possible depending on the various films and chemicals.
