6.15  Supply Fault 

 

The supply fault monitoring input is reading less than 2,5V. The unit has detected that the fault output from 
the charger has activated.  
 
User Action 
It may be necessary to look at the power supply charger unit to determine the cause of the fault.  
The fault persists contact a Protec operative or a Protec distributor.  

 

6.16  Corrupt File 

This is specifically based on the webpage file which is checked when programmed into the unit. 
 
User Action 
Contact a Protec operative or a Protec distributor. 

 

6.17  Cold Unit 

The unit internal temperature has been lower than 3°C. The water could start to freeze at ~°C. 
A cold unit may also generate water fill faults as unit is too cold to fill. 
 
User Action 
Contact a Protec operative or a Protec distributor. 

 

6.18  Processor Fault 

The internal processor hardware has unexpectedly reset. Cleared only on a full power cycle. This is 
indicated if a problem has been detected with the micro controller or the Read Only Memory (ROM). 
 
User Action 
Contact a Protec operative or a Protec distributor. 

 

6.19  Unit isolated 

The units alarm relays have been isolated via a monitored input. 
 
User Action 
If used check external input isolation equipment. Otherwise contact a Protec operative or a Protec 
distributor.  

 

6.20  Airflow Ignored 

Airflow monitoring has been ignored for selected pipe/s. 
 
User Action 
Contact a Protec operative or a Protec distributor. 

 

6.21  Calibration 

Values stored for calibration are out of range. 
 
User Action 
Contact a Protec operative or a Protec distributor. 

 

6.22  Battery 

A monitored input set up for External Battery Fault has detected a fault.  
 
User Action 
Check the power supply equipment and wiring if the fault persists contact a Protec operative or a Protec 
distributor.
