Global Control Registers
Bytes 8 to 11 contain the
Global Control Registers
. A Global Control request makes it
possible to send commands to single or multiple slaves. This request makes it possible
to do
Sync
and
Freeze
functions.
Note:
The same Global Control function can be also executed by CIP
message functionality described later in this manual.

Slave Address
The SLA parameter allows the user to set the address of the slave in which the Global
Control command is to be sent. The value of 127 is a special global broadcast address,
all slaves are affected by this command at the same time.
