When repairing returned product(s), PROMISE may replace defective parts with new or
reconditioned parts, or replace the entire unit with a new or reconditioned unit. In the event of a
replacement, the replacement unit is under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty
term from purchase date, or 30 days, whichever is longer.
PROMISE pays for outbound standard shipping charges only. You must pay for any additional
shipping options, such as express shipping and return of the defective part or unit.
