
7.6 Replacing the safety relief valve
WARNING!
The safety relief valve is a safety-relevant component
and should only be fully replaced if necessary.
1.
Remove the old safety relief valve.
2.
Pay attention to the position of the new O-ring. Fix the O-ring in
place with a little grease if necessary.
3.
Screw in the new safety relief valve (tightening torque - 15 Nm).
4.
Mark the collar of the safety relief valve with sealing paint.
7.7 Replace the motor bearing (ATEX only)
CAUTION!
Disconnect the de-energised cable from the motor: all
LEDs on the controller must be off.
CAUTION!
The rotor contains very strong magnets.

Keep a distance.

Wear thick protective gloves when handling rotors.
CAUTION!
The dosing head contains a strong magnet.
–
Keep your distance if you have a pacemaker or
defibrillator fitted.
INFORMATION: The magnets in the rotor are brittle. Never hit the rotor.
You need:
n
a clean, empty and non-magnetic work surface
n
lined cardboard or wooden box for temporary storage of the rotor
