Position the insert disc (6) with the flare on the assembly.
The distance between the edge of the valve body and the insert disc
(6) depends on the design.
4.
Place the large seal (7) between the insert disc (6) and the dosing
head.
5.
Screw the valve as far as the stop.
6.
Fasten the pressure line.
A suction valve is dismantled, cleaned and assembled in the same
way as a discharge valve.
Please note, however, when assembling that the valve seats (3)
must be aligned in the other direction. The finely machined side
must point in the direction of flow with all valve seats (3).
