Is the motor cable correctly installed between the motor and the
controller?
3.
Non-ATEX version only: fit the motor cable cover (1).
NOTICE!
Refer to the documents for “LinMot Controller”, “LinMot
Linear Motor” and “LinMot Universal Cable”.
1.
Check that the controller and all other control components are cor‐
rectly connected to PE protective earth.
2.
Connect the controller to the power supply - see wiring diagram
"Evo_mikro_Wiring_diagram_24VDC_mA-Signal_ATEX” or
“Evo_mikro_Wiring_diagram_72VDC_mA-Signal_ATEX”.
3.
Connect terminal X4 to 24 V DC.

The controller boots up.
4.
Connect terminal X4.5 permanently to 24 V DC.
5.
The motor moves into the home position.
1.
Check the suction and pressure lines and the liquid end with valves
for leak-tightness, and tighten if necessary.
2.
Check whether the necessary flushing lines or bleed lines are con‐
nected.
Check when the pump is cold and stationary whether the oil level is
visible in the top half of the oil inspection window. 3/4 is optimum.

Check that all electrical connections are connected correctly.
2.
Check whether the necessary earthing and potential equalisation
lines are connected.
