10.1 Errors without error messages
Fault description Cause Remedy
The pump is not working despite
having been started and con‐
nected to the mains voltage.
The black functional plug or the
suction lance plug is not
inserted into the “Level” socket.
Insert the black functional plug or the
suction lance plug into the “Level”
socket.
The pump no longer achieves full
pump capacity.
The pump hose has lost its
elasticity.

The unit LED lights up red in the event of a fault. The pump is
stopped.
