Emptying the water reservoir

Disconnect●the●appliance●from●the●power●supply.
1 ●Release● the water reservoir catch ●and●pull● the water
reservoir ●out.
2 ●Pull● the water inlet ●out.

Empty● the water reservoir ● by● keeping● it● upside-down●
above●the●sink.

●Slip● the water inlet ●in.●

●Place● the water reservoir ● in● its● former● position.●
A●characteristic●“click”●sound●will●inform●you●that●the●water●
reservoir●has●been●re-installed●properly.
Additional features
AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF
If●the●steam●ironing●function●is●not●used●for●10●min●during●
the● ironing,● the● appliance● will● be● switched● to● stand-by●
mode.● The● display● backlight● will● be● switched● off● and● the
automatic switch-off indicator ● ●blinks●on●the●display.●It●is●
accompanied● by● continuous● blinking● of● the● red● and● green●
pilot●light●on●the●iron.●In●order●to●continue●the●ironing,●just●
move●the●iron●or●press●the●
on/off button .●The●appliance●
will●be●switched●back●to●the●previous●settings●and●the●iron●
heats●once●again.●Wait●for●ca.●½●min●until●the●iron●reaches●
the●temperature●set●before●automatic●switch-off.
LANGUAGE VERSION SELECTION

●Unwind● and● straighten● the● connection● cable● and● the●
power●cord.
2 ●Start●the●appliance●(see:●Starting●the●appliance).●
You can select one of 3 language versions:
English, French or German.

●In●order●to●select●a●language●version,●press●at●the●same●
time● the water hardness selection button ● ● and● the
fabric and steam emission selection button ● „ ”.● You●
will●see●the●actual●language●version●symbol●displayed●on●the●
LCD●display●(EN,●FR,●DE).
4 ●Use● the fabric and steam emission selection button ●
„ ”● in● order● to● select● the● desired● language● version.●
Available●language●versions●will●be●displayed●in●the●following●
way:

●If● the● language● version● you● have● chosen● appears●
on● the● display,● wait● for● a● moment.● The● appliance● will● be●
automatically●switched●to●the●selected●language●version●and●
then●will●return●to●the●main●screen.
6 ●If●you●want●to●achieve●better●effects,●shift●left● the steam
emission regulator ●to●the●position● ●–●this●will●bring●you●
increased●steam●emission●speed.

●The●appliance●is●ready●to●use.
8 ●Keep●the●iron●in●a●vertical●position●ca.●4●in●(10●cm)●away●
from●the●fabric●for●a●moment.●
9 ●Press● once● the steam emission button ● –● steam● is●
emitted●in●large●quantities●from●the●openings●located●in●the●
front●part●of●the●iron.
10 ●If●the●folds●are●large,●wait●for●a●moment●and●press● the
steam emission button ●once●again.●Most●of●folds●can●be●
removed●completely●if●you●repeat●this●operation●3●times.●
11 ●In●order●to●initiate●steam●emission●it●may●be●necessary●to●
press● the steam emission button ●several●times.
12 ●As●soon●as●you●have●finished●the●ironing,●set●the●steam●
emission●level●to●” ”●by●pressing● the fabric and
steam emission selection button ●„ ”.
13 ●Press● the on/off button ● ●in●order●to●switch●off●the●
appliance.

●Disconnect●the●steam●generator●from●the●power●supply.
15 ●As● soon● as● the● iron● is● cooled● down● completely,●
empty● the water reservoir ● and● store● it● in● a● safe● place● in●
a●horizontal●position.
In order to preserve high quality of steam do
not press the steam emission button more
than 3 times after the pilot light has been
switched off.
The appliance emits steam at a high
temperature. Do not iron any clothes or fabrics
that are being worn by people or animals. Do
not direct the steam towards people or animals.
While ironing, keep the distance of several
centimetres from delicate fabrics (such as
synthetic fibre, silk or velvet), otherwise the
fabric may be damaged.
AS SOON AS YOU FINISH THE IRONING

During●breaks●in●ironing●and●when●the●ironing●is●finished,●
place● the● iron● on● the● steam● generator● soleplate● with●
thermal●insulation.

Press● the on/off button ● ●in●order●to●switch●off●the●
appliance.

Disconnect●the●steam●generator●from●the●power●supply.

As●soon●as●the●iron●is●cooled●down●completely,●empty●
the water reservoir ● and● store● it● in● a● safe● place● in●
a●horizontal●position.
