This Hydraulic Installation Clamp HVZ-LIGHT was developed to meet the need of builders for a device to mechanically
install a wide range of pavers which are delivered to the site in ready-to-install formation. The HVZ-LIGHT may be used
in connection with any carrying device, e.g. mini-excavators, mini-wheel loaders or Probst-Paver installation machines,
like VM-301-PAVERMAX.
●
To operate the hydraulic installation clamp only one separate hydraulic circuit is required on the carrier.
●
With the device it is possible to handle one layer of pavers. Do not exceed the carrying capacity and the max. width of
the device.
●
Only pavers in good quality are allowed for laying. Pavers with „feet“, „bellies“ and „blind spacers” are not allowed,
because the complete bricklayer could fall out of the device.
Standard-equipment:
•
Adjustable main tension, movable on low-maintenance
sliders
•
Two operating handles for optimal guiding of the clamp
•
Height adjustable support for a variable gripping depth
•
Oil pressure gauge
•
pressure control valve to avoid overload
•
spring-mounted steel-lamellas for gripping
Optional equipment:
●
Pushing Off Device ADV, Order-Number: 4140.0007
●
Fork sleeves ET-L, for attachment to carriers with lifting forks,
Order-Number: 4140.0001
Requirements for hydraulic operation: (Operating hydraulics of the carrier)
•
Volumetric flow, usable [l/min]: min. 15, optimal 25, max. 75
•
Working pressure, usable [bar]: min. 180, optimal 200, max. 320
•
Backflow pressure: max. 20 bar
●
The device is only designed for the use specified in this documentation.
●
Every other use is not authorized and is forbidden!
●
All relevant safety regulations, corresponding legal regulations, especially regulations of the declaration
of conformity, and additional local health and safety regulations have to be observed.
Prior to every operation the user must ensure that:
●
The equipment is suited to the intended operation, the functioning and the working condition of the
equipment is examined, and the loads are suitable to be handled.
Any doubts about instructions should be raised with the manufacturer prior to use.
