Problem
Solution
Display does not illuminate/
is weak / Control unit will
not turn on
Recharge the batteries.
Intensity output is low /
no stimulation is occurring
Electrode pad may be dirty;
clean and attempt again.
Confirm that the electrode
snaps are firmly connected
to the control unit.
Battery power is low, recharge
the battery. Device may not be
applied properly; ensure the gel
pad is making complete contact
with the skin.
Electrode pads are not
adhering to the skin
Review the ‘Caring for Electrode
Pads’ section of this manual;
pads may need to be replaced.
