13. Orient the Storage Latch (68) so that the decals
are facing away from the treadmill as shown.
Attach the lower end of the Storage Latch (68) to
the bracket on the Base (74) with a 5/16" x 1 1/2"
Bolt (78) and a 5/16" Nut (80) as shown.
Raise the Storage Latch (68) to a vertical posi-
tion. If a tie (D) and a spacer (E) are in the top of
the Storage Latch, remove and discard them.

12. Raise the Frame (38) to the upright position.
Have a second person hold the Frame until
step 14 is completed.
Orient the Latch Crossbar (67) as shown.
Attach the Latch Crossbar to the brackets on the
Frame (38) with two 1/4" x 1 3/4" Screws (77).
