BODY FAT ANALYSIS
Turn on the treadmill, press “PROG” button,
the “CAL.” window displays “FAT”.
Press the “MODE” button again, the “DIS.”
window is displaying “01”, the “CAL.” window
displays “F-1”.Press “Speed +” or “Speed -”
Key , then the “Speed” Window will change
to“ 01” or “0 2 ”, Please select your sexual
distinction, “ 01” – Male, “02” – Female.
Press the “MODE” key again, the “DIS”
window displays: “25” – Which is the treadmill
preset user’s age, the “CAL.” window displays
“F-2”. Press “Speed +” or “Speed -” button to
select your correct age. (Range is: 10 – 99).
Press the “MODE” button again, the “DIS”
window displays “170” – Which is the treadmill
preset user’s body height 170cm,the “CAL.”
window displays “F-3” . Press “Speed +” or
“Speed -” button to select your correct body
height. (Range is: 100 – 200cm).
Press the “MODE” button again, the “DIS”
Window displays: “70” ,Which is the treadmill
preset user’s body weight 70kg.,the “CAL.”
window displays “F-4”. Press “Speed +” or
“Speed -” button or press “I” or “Incline
-” key to select your correct body weight.
(Range is: 20 – 100kg).
Press “MODE” key again, the “CAL ” window is
displaying “F - 5” and the “DIS” window is
displaying: “ --- “ . Grasp the two handle pulse
sensor with your two hands and hold for about
3 seconds, the “Pulse” window will display your
desired body fat rate, refer to below table for
your body fat date.
