Check that rear tiller/attachment frame connections are tight, tighten nuts if necessary.

Check welded tiller shaft teeth for wear.
■
If there are damaged or bent teeth, use a welding torch to re-align and re-sharpen them.
■
Replace broken or missing teeth and check the tiller shaft for imbalance.
Check fluid levels
There are several fluid levels that have to be checked every day before starting work on the ski slope.
All fluid levels should only be checked with the snow groomer on level ground:
■
Coolant level
■
Engine oil level
■
Hydraulic fluid level
Engine coolant level
WARNING
Burn hazard

Never remove the coolant reservoir cap when the engine is hot.
►
To avoid severe burns, do not inspect the coolant system or attempt to add coolant if the engine
is hot.
NOTICE
Risk of damage to the engine
If the coolant level is low, the engine may overheat. This will cause damage to the engine.
►
Repair any coolant leaks immediately.
►
Observe the coolant change intervals.
►
Only use the specified coolant.

The engine coolant reservoir and sight glass are located under the central access panel of the rear
cowling.
■
Check engine coolant level daily.
■
At ambient temperature (cold fluid), the coolant level should reach the “LOW” mark on the
sight glass.
