NOTE: The following are the allowable aspect ratio under various signal sources:
* TV or SCART: 4:3 Expanded, 16:9, 4:3, or Panorama
* PC: 16:9 or 4:3
5.2 Using Hold
The “Hold” feature allows you to temporarily freeze the picture or teletext page. This feature is helpful when you want
to write down information such as phone numbers, recipes, etc that appears on the screen.
To hold the picture, press the HOLD button. To resume live television press the HOLD button again.
5.3 Using Twin Picture
“Twin Picture” allows you to simultaneously view two pictures from two different sources on the same screen. PIP
(Picture-In-Picture) displays the sub picture in a small screen on top of the main screen.
NOTE: Only VGA or YPbPr signal source support PIP function.
Activation of twin picture occurs in two steps:
Part 1. Activating PIP mode
Part 2. Selecting the input source for the main and sub pictures
Part 1. Activating PIP Mode
You can use the OSD to activate PIP (small/medium/large window).
1. Press the MENU button to open the OSD main menu.
2. Press the P- button five times to select the last icon and press OK to open the Calibration Menu.
