Procedure 5.3 - Calibrating the Lift Motor
1.
In order to calibrate the lift motor, it is necessary to disconnect the lift motor from the ramp
assembly.
2.
Set the on/off switch in the “on” position. Lower the ramp to incline level 1 and set the on/off
switch in the “off” position. Remove the front cover.
3.
Remove the two retaining clips from the lift pins. While supporting the ramp, remove the two
lift pins and carefully lower the ramp assembly until it is resting on the rear portion of the
front cover. (See Diagram 5.5).
