8.2 Cleaning the air ﬁlter

To access the cataly c converter, remove the baking stone, the rack, and the
bo om jet-plate from the oven. Then remove the catalyst through a ver cal
movement upwards, as shown in the following image.

Soak the cataly c converter in warm water with neutral detergent. A er 15
minutes, rinse it thoroughly and put the cataly c converter back in the oven.

8.3 Cleaning the stone.

The stone should be cleaned with a cloth, sponge, a towel.
Note: DO NOT immerse the stone in water and don't use water to clean the
stone. If the stone is wet, let it dry completely before using it again.
