Lateral Side Raise
º
Posture :
Stand on the platform, shoulder width apart, knees
slightly bent, hold the straps, palms up, open the arms and lift up the
straps.
º
Affected area :
Lateral deltoids.

Biceps Curl
º
Posture :
Stand on the platform, shoulder width apart, hold the
straps, palms up, keep elbows tight and close to waists, lift the
straps.
º
Affected area :
Biceps Brachia.
z
Push Up
º
Posture :
Keep feet shoulder width apart, place hands on the
plate, keep legs and body straight. Bend elbows about 90 degrees
and retract to the starting postion.
º
Affected area :
Pectorals, forearms and abdominals.

Triceps Dip
º
Posture :
Place hands in the middle of the plate at shoulder width
apart, point fingers outwards, hold the feet near the machine lifting
the heels, sustain the body with only the feet and the arms.

Affected area :
Triceps brachia.

Basic Abdominal

Posture
:
Place a mat or towel on the plate and sit on it, lift the
legs (as knees bend in 45 degrees) with hands cross in front of
chest, push the abdomen to lift the body and knees upper and
towards together, keep a fist distance between chin and neck.

Affected area :
Rectus abdominis.
