Posture :
Place the feet in the middle of the plate and lift the
heels. Keep knees slightly bent keeping the back straight. Maintain
this position. Tense the abdomen.

Squat
º
Posture :
Place feet in the middle of the plate, shoulder width
apart. Bend the knees approximately 80 degrees.
º
Affected area :
Quadriceps.

Deep Squat
º
Posture :
Place feet in the middle of the plate, shoulder width
apart. Bend the knees approximately 90 degrees (knees do not
extend past the toes), keep the back and hips straight.
º
Affected area :
Quadriceps and calves.

One legged Squat
º
Posture :
Stand on the platform with one foot, lunge position,
place hands on the handlebar and bend the knee 90 degrees.
º
Affected area :
Quadriceps, gluteus maximus and calves.

Bent Over Pull
º
Posture :
Stand on the platform, shoulder width apart, knees
slightly bent, hold the straps, palms up, keep elbows tight and close
to the waists, lift the straps.

Affected area :
Biceps brachii.
