• If you want to place two dumbbell weights on each side, make sure that the
larger and heavier weight plate is placed on
fi
rst as otherwise the dumbbell
weight holder cannot be correctly locked in place.
• Please make sure that, if it is used on its own, the smaller, lighter weight plate is
not placed onto the dumbbell as far as the limit stop. It sits on the weight holder!
Removing Dumbbell Weights
To remove the dumbbell weights, perform the actions described in the "Attaching Dumbbell
Weights" section in reverse order:
1. Hold the dumbbell by its handle (

) so that you are looking directly at the lock symbols
of the locking mechanism (
4
).
2. Turn the locking mechanism (
4
) clockwise until the holder for additional weights (
3
) can
be released.
3. Remove the detachable part of the weight holder (
3
).
4. Remove the weights.
5. Slide the detachable part of the weight holder (
3
) back onto the dumbbell.
6. Turn the locking mechanism (
4
) anticlockwise until the weight holder (
3
) is once again
correctly locked in place.
7. Remove the weights from the other side in the manner described!

CAUTION!

Hold the device with a
fi
rm grip during use. Before you
fi
rst use it, familiarise yourself with
the vibrating sensation and the weight of the dumbbell.

Do not use the device if it is damaged. Do not perform any repairs yourself. In this case,
contact the customer service department.
❐
Do not drop the vibrating dumbbell or allow it to be knocked violently.
❐
Always switch off the vibrating function before you put the vibrating dumbbell away. The
vibrations may cause objects and fragile surfaces to be damaged or the vibrating dumbbell
could fall down.

Charge up the batteries of the vibrating dumbbell prior to use.
❐
Do not leave the device connected to the plug socket during use!
• The vibrating dumbbell has a weight of 1.5 kg! Increase the weight exclusively us-
ing weights which are recommended by the manufacturer.
• The vibrating dumbbell can also be used as a traditional dumbbell, without the
vibrating function.
