installer to ensure that the total system is safe for its intended use.

This operator is only intended for installation on
gates used for vehicular traffic. A separate pedestrian access
opening shall be provided which is designed to promote pedestrian
usage and shall be located such that persons will not come in
contact with the vehicular gate during its entire path of travel.
