before connecting it to any air source.

unpacking
1. Carefully remove the tool from the package.
a. Retain packing material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily installed or
operated the tool.
2. Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
3. Inspect the parts carefully to make sure the product was not damaged while shipping.
4. The unit may be shipped with a plug in the air inlet. Remove this plug before beginning the
assembly process. This plug is to protect the air inlet during the shipping process.

1. Use a hopper to pour 10 lbs of sodium bicarbonate (soda) into the storage tank (1)
before assembly.
2. Wrap the threads of the quick disconnect fitting (14) with thread sealer tape and screw it into
the media regulator (15).
3. Wrap the threads of the safety valve (17) with thread sealer tape and screw it into the media
regulator (15).
4. Wrap the threads of the On/Off valve (18) with thread sealer tape and screw it into the media
regulator (15).
5. Screw the pickup tube (11) into the media regulator (15).
