d/or service on the machine.

The device is not suitable for use in t

mixtures with air or with oxygen or nitrous

The device requires no calibration.
The device is not repairable and contains
no user serviceable parts.
The user must check that the equipment

The plug is used to disconnect from
the main supply. Do not position t

The machine should be set up on a
hard, level surface in an area free of

of the vibration platform.

Unplug the machine when not in use.
Never attempt to lift or move the mach

Never operate the machine if it has b

Never insert objects into any opening
on the machine. If an object falls into
the machine, shut the machine off a

Position and Balance
In order to avoid possible injury from th
e
machine’s vibrations,
Power Plate reco
mmends that the user not lean back on
his/her heels or
“lock”
his/her joints or st
raighten his/her legs when standing upr
ight on themachine.
It is important at all times to maintain
balance while on the machine.
The user, however, should not
“hang”

n the
machine’s
handles in order to ma
intain balance but should (unless the di
rections for a particular exercise state o
therwise) keep his/her knees directly a
bove the toes.
Proper position and balance are especi
ally important if the user employs weig
hts during any exercise on the machine

t users not employ weights while using
the machine, unless they are being coa
ched by an exercise professional or unl
