Aluminum oxide
• Grinding stones
• Grinding wheels
• Abrasive wheels
Use on metals, castings, welded joints, rivets and rust. Ideal for
sharpening, de-burring, rust removal and general-purpose
grinding of most materials. The stone's colour indicates the grit
and typical use. A stone will wear down more quickly if used on a
harder steel.
• Grey and brown stones are general purpose grits for low to
high carbon steels.
• Pink and white stones are used on harder steels
• The ruby red stone is applied to tool steel.
