TRAILER WIRING
Use the long wiring harness.
1. Keep the plug end of the long wiring harness at the tongue of the trailer. Attach the white wire
to a grounded location on the trailer using an eyelet terminal and a #8 self-tapping screw.
2. Run the yellow wire and one brown wire along the driver side (left) of the trailer frame. Attach
3 metal clips to hold the wiring by drilling 3/16 in. holes. Place clips over the wires and attach
with #8 self-tapping screws. Be sure the wiring does not hang down or drag.
3. Attach the yellow wire from this wiring harness to the driver side (left) turn and brake light
using the grey wire connector provided.
4. Attach the brown wire from this same wiring harness to the driver side taillight using the
brown wire connector provided. Splice all the driver side clearance lights to this brown wire.
5. Now attach the remaining brown and green wires on the passenger side of the trailer frame
as in step #2.
6. Attach the green wire to the passenger side turn and brake light using the remaining grey
wire connector.
7. Attach the brown wire connector. Splice all passenger side clearance lights to this wire.
8. After confirming that the wiring is correct, reconnect the battery.
9. Turn the ignition to the “accessory” position and visually check the light functions to ensure
the correct wiring hook-up.
MAINTENANCE

protecting and supporting the plug and wiring from UV and salt.
2. Maintain the product with care. A product in good condition is efficient and will prevent
unnecessary problems.
3. Inspect the product periodically. Have damaged or worn components repaired or replaced by
an authorized technician.
4. If the device does not operate, check all electrical connections and ensure that they are
secure and free of dirt and grime.
DISPOSING OF THE TOOL
If your product has become damaged beyond repair, do not throw it out. Bring it to the appropriate
recycling facility.
