Slacken nut (g) on adjustment bracket (h),
and push out or in until cable is correctly
tensioned. Re-tighten the nut.
If cable cannot be sufficiently tightened using this
method, try the following:
•
Slacken nut, push adjustment bracket fully in
towards the engine to slacken cable as much
as possible.

•
Remove the other side of clutch cable from
clutch lever and put cable in hole as shown on
illustration.
•
Push adjustment bracket back from engine
until cable is sufficiently tight. Re-tighten the
nut.
Lubrication of turning flange.
Lubricate flange (i) on discharge pipe using an
adhesive and weather-resistant lubricant.
Draining excess fuel
•
Start the engine and allow to warm up.
•
Drain and clean the fuel tank
IMPORTANT!
Do not use engine- or
carburettor cleaner as they can damage the
engine.
•
Allow fuel tank to dry fully inside before
replacing the filler cap.
Storage
Before storing machine for long periods (e.g.
summer), clean thoroughly and perform
maintenance and adjustment described in
Cleaning, Maintenance and Adustment chapters.
Perform the following additional procedures:
