INSTRUCTION MANUAL
• Heavy, wet or compacted snow, large volumes
and slush can be cleared most effectively a
little at a time to prevent blockages.
Cleaning
• Clean the machine with warm water to remove
snow and dirt on the drive, impeller and
discharge pipe.
• Make sure all road salt is removed. Remove
any dirt from the cooling fins.
• Allow to dry fully.
• Apply a light oil or WD40 to all moving parts.
Maintenance and adjustment
Check oil level, petrol level and all bolts, nuts and
fittings are tight before use.
The following maintenance should also be performed
at the recommended intervals.
After 5 hours operation:
• Check oil level
After 25 hours operation:
• Change engine oil
• Clean the air filter
• Check drive belt
After each season, before storage:
• Check clutch cable
• Lubricate turning mechanism on discharge
pipe
• Drain any excess fuel
Checking oil level
• Remove oil filler cap (e) and check oil level
on dipstick under cap. Ooil level should be
between
FULL and ADD .
• Fill up with fresh engine oil of same type as
that in engine as required. Replace filler cap.
