HITCHING TO THE TRACTOR

1. Preparing for front attachment with a

Weiste triangle

Preparing the TOP 380 FH

1. Check: The side

locking bolts must
be secured in the
"

A

" position with

the spring pin.

2. Check: The bolts must be in the "

HECK

" position.

In this position the triangular bracket lies vertical (

0

°) which

makes coupling to the tractor's lifting gear easier.

If the bolts are not in the
"

HECK

" position:

• Pull the rope (S1) just

enough to release
locking mechanism
and hold the lever in
this position (

Pos.

"

O

").

• Swing the triangular bracket into the vertical position (

0

°)

simultaneously releasing the rope (lever in

Pos.

"

Z

"). The

bolts are now located in the "

HECK

" position and the

implement can be coupled to the lifting gear.

Preparing the tractor

1. Mount snap connector

(Weiste triangle) onto
the front lifting gear in
a vertical position or
inclined slightly
forward.

2. Lock lower link bolts

(2) so that they are free
from play.

2. Front attachment with a Weiste triangle

Coupling to the tractor

1. Carry out preparation as described in the previous chapter.

2. Bring the tractor as close as possible to the triangular

bracket and stop.

3. Feed the rope (S1) into the tractor cabin.

4. Couple the rotary swather to the lifting gear and raise to

bring the bolts into the "

FRONT

" position:

• Pull the rope (S1) just enough to release the locking

mechanism and hold the lever in this position (

Pos.

"

O

").

• Raise the implement using the lifting gear simultaneously

releasing the rope (lever moves into Pos. "

Z

"). The bolts

are now located in the "

FRONT

" position and the implement

is ready for operation.

5. Slide jackstands in and secure.

6. Secure locking clamp (V) with spring

pin.

For your safety:

 Lower the

implement to the ground using
the lifting gear beforehand.

7.

Fit drive shaft.

3. Front attachment

without a Weiste triangle

For attachment without a Weiste triangle the "Attachment kit
for three-point hitching" to the rotary swather is to be
installed, see page 15 also.

1. Check: The side locking bolts must be secured in the "

E

"

position with the spring pin.

2. Check: The bolts must be in the "

HECK

" position.

In this position the triangular bracket lies vertical (

0

°) which

makes coupling to the tractor’s lifting gear easier.

3. Couple the implement to the lifting gear and then bring the

bolts into the "

FRONT

" position (see point 4 above).
