Cross Conveyor belt
1. Open tailgate slightly
2. Move the hydraulic control valve (ST) to the floating
position
3. Reposition tailgate (left and right)
- Remove pin (1) from pos. (A)
- Pull out tailgate strut (2)
- Insert pin (1) into pos. (B) and secure
- Remove rear bolts (3)
- Swing arm (4) forward / upward
- Pin arm (4) up with bolts (3) and secure

Beware!
Wird die Rückwand (lt. Punkt 3) für den
Querförderbandberieb umgesteckt ist
vor dem Start an der Power Control
Steuerung der Querförderbandmodus zu
aktivieren. (lt. Punkt 4) Andernfalls kann
eine Beschädigung der Rückwand die
Folge sein.
4. Activating cross conveyor belt operation
Press button
for 5 seconds
- Cross conveyor belt symbol appears top right in
Power Control display
- Symbol also remains visible when loading
Automatic unloading function combined with cross
conveyor belt can be carried out as follows:
Starting the Automatic Unloading
Press “Automatic Unloading” button
- “Tailgate open” appears on the display
(without triggering the tailgate)
Unloading procedure sequence:
- Cross conveyor belt runs in the direction selected
(depending upon the directional position of the cross
conveyor belt cardan shaft)
- Scraper floor runs forward briefly
- Regulating rollers are switched on
- Scraper floor runs to the rear
- Unloading begins
Ending the unloading procedure
Press “Close tailgate” button
