life-threatening danger exists if another person starts
up the tractor and drives away or actuates the control
lever of the hydraulic system while you are engaged
in maintenance.
•
Turn engine off and remove key before car-
rying out maintenance or repair work.
DANgER
life-threatening danger exists, if the machine starts
to move or tilts.
•
Before any maintenance and repair work,
park the machine on even, firm ground.
•
Secure the machine against rolling using
wheel chocks.
•
Do not work under the machine unless it is
safely supported.

Reaching into or entering the rotor danger zone may
lead to life-threatening conditions
•
Only enter the danger area if there is no
other option.
•
Make sure the tractor motor is turned off and
the ignition key is removed.
•
Make sure that the ball valve of the sin-
gle-acting hydraulic line is closed.
•
Make sure that the rotor arms are in the
working position and the rotors are station-
ary.
•
Make sure that the tractor/trailer unit is un-
der brakes and secured against rolling.

Take care not to let the oil level fall below
the minimum.

Top up oil in good time.
Oil quantity:
0.3 litre SAE 90
Oil level check:
The oil level is correct if the gear oil
reaches the level screw (3).
Oil change:
At first after 50 h
then after 500 ha.

Spring tines
Check the fixing bolts (S) of the spring tines after the first
10 hours of operation and re-tighten if necessary (tightening
torque: 100 Nm).
The outer tines are shorter and thicker.
If the implement has a tine loss securing device, the two
outer tines are connected; if you want to change one of
the two outer tines, you have to also remove the bolt of
the other tine

Take service-life expired equipment to a legally regulated
waste material recycling centre.
