Setting the cam track
When harvested material remains outside the swath, this
can be corrected by deviating the cam track.
1. Park the machine on an even surface and secure it
against rolling off. (Use wheel chocks)
2. Remove the three covers (1) from their openings on
the lower side of the rotor unit, in order to gain access
to the screws (2) on the cam track.
1
3. Loosen the three screws (2) on the cam track.
4. Adjusting the cam track: By turning the rotary unit using
the tine carriers, adjust the cam track in the slotted hole
so that the crop will be more effectively collected.
2
5. Tighten the three screws (2).
6. Fit the covers (1).
7. Carry out a test run. Repeat the procedure until you are
satisfied with the result.
lubricating the cam track
Interval:
50 h
Implementation:
- Put the grease gun on the grease nipple (1)
- Turn the rotor to ensure that the grease is evenly
distributed
- Pump grease gun 3-4 times during a full rotation
- Make 3-4 full rotations

Transmission of the rotor unit: Top up grease
1. Interval:
if needed
Transmission of the rotor unit is lubricated for life.
Nevertheless, check if the gears are lubricated once a
year.
2. Performance:
1. Open oil filling screw (1). The crown wheel toothing
is easily visible when the filling screw is open.
2. Pour fluid grease in through the filling plug (1) until
the crown wheel is almost completely covered.
3. If necessary, suck away any excess fluid grease.
4. Close screws (1)

Quantity of grease:
Indicative quantities after the complete emptying of the
rotary unit:
TOP 652
~0.80 kg Mobilplex 44
In principle, the same procedure as for "Complete Liquid
grease": Fill by eye and aspirate the excess grease.
