Safety advice
DANgER
life-threatening danger exists through machine
tipping over.
•
Carry out the change from working position
to transport position, and vice versa, only on
level, solid ground!
DANgER
life-threatening danger exists through moving parts
when changing from transport to working position.
•
Make sure that the swivel range is clear and
that no-one is standing in the danger area.

2. Remove tine carriers from both rotors
DANgER
life-threatening danger exists through rotating rotors
when reducing the transport height.
•
Switch off the pto shaft.
•
Remove the tractor key!
•
Wait until rotors comes to a complete stand-
still.
CAUTION
Risk of injury exists through the sharp edges on the
spring tines.
•
Handle spring tines with care.
CAUTION
Risk of injury exists through the sharp edges on the
spring tines.
•
Attach the tine guard to the remaining spring
tines.
Remove the tine carriers (1a) only when it is necessary
to do so, e.g. to reduce the machine's total height.
• Attach 4 tine carriers (1a) per rotor to the retaining
bolts on the driving frame and secure with linchpin.
3. Swivel the left and right guard hoops (6) in and
secure with spring pin (6a).
4. Ensure that the swivel range is clear and that
no-one is standing in the danger area.
NOTE
Risk of property damage exists through colliding
machine parts!
•
Move the guard tube (10) to position "A"
before swivelling the rotor units.
5. move guard tube (10) to position "A"
6. Raise both rotor units to the transport position
(H2).
To do this, actuate the single-acting control valve.
