Cross-type splitter
The log is split into four parts in one splitting operation.
For uniform billets up to a max. diameter of 30 - 35 cm.
Not suitable for knotty or crooked wood.

Timber retaining tip
Mounting:
1. Advance the splitting knife approx. 30 cm and switch the machine off.
2. Pull the timber retaining tip downwards out of the splitting knife.
3. Slide the cross-type splitter over the splitting knife.
4. Slide the timber retaining tip back into the splitting knife.
Special knife with rollers
The log is split into two parts in one splitting operation.
The rollers on the splitting knife prevent the split log from becoming jammed on the return.
