Setting the splitting distance (stroke)

The splitting stroke can be adjusted for shorter lengths of timber with the aid of a shut-off

rod:

▪ Fully retract the splitting blade.
▪ Turn off the machine.

▪ Press the clamping unit and move it to the desired shut-off position.
▪ Then allow the clamping unit to engage in the recess in the shut-off rod.

The splitting stroke is defined using the following lengths:
