System Overview
1.1 Introduction
ROBO-8773VG, a cost-effective PICMG 1.0 single board computer (SBC). Based on
the Intel
®
865G chipset and LGA 775 socket, the ROBO-8773VG SBC supports latest
Intel
®
Pentium
®
4, Pentium
®
D and Celeron
®
D processor. It offers entry-level
opportunity to the remarkable LGA 775 processors and the ability to transition
applications from the socket 478 processors while remaining within any existing
budget constraints. With LGA 775 package CPU support feature, ROBO-8773VG
SBC is the ideal cost-effective solution for applications in medical equipment,
industrial automation, process control, semiconductor equipment and network
security markets.

single board computer also features Gigabit Ethernet ports and dual SATA
connectors plus dual IDE channels; one FDD channel; six USB 2.0 ports; dual serial
ports, a parallel port; GPIO and Watchdog timer.
