USB Configuration 

Legacy USB Support 
Enables Legacy USB support. AUTO option disables legacy support if no USB devices are connected. Disable 
option will keep USB devices available only for EFI application. The choice: Enabled or Disabled (Default). 
 
EHCI Hand-Off 
This is a workaround for OS without EHCI hand-off support. The EHCI ownership change should claim by EHCI 
driver. The choice: Enabled or Disabled (Default). 
 
PCH USB Configuration 
PCH USB Configuration setting. 
 
USB hardware delays a 
 
USB transfer time-out 
The time-out value for Control, Bulk, and Interrupt transfers. The choice: 20 sec (Default). 
 
Device reset time-out 
The time-out value for Control, Bulk, and Interrupt transfers. The choice: 20 sec (Default). 
 
Device power-up delay 
Maximum times the device will take before it properly reports itself to the Host Controller. ”Auto” (Default) uses 
default value for a Root port it is 100ms, for a Hub port the daily is taken from Hub descriptor.

This System is using Super IO Chip: W83627UHG, there are Port0~port3 COM port for selection. 
When you select Port 0,1,2 or 3, the relational contents are as below
